About the Role:
Khacha is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Support Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Administratative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to build a strong foundation in office management and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Administrative Assistant in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain office files, documents, and records in both physical and digital formats.
- Handle routine correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
- Support meeting arrangements, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
- Manage office supplies, petty cash, and basic procurement tasks.
- Prepare simple reports, data entry, and assist in maintaining databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the Admin Assistant or Management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Reliable, honest, and able to handle confidential information.
Employment Terms:
- Salary:
- Probation Period (1 month): BDT 10,000/month
- After confirmation: BDT 15,000/month
- Probation Period: 1 month
- Contract Duration: 2 years (mandatory agreement required)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
- Workplace: On-site at Khacha office
