About the Role:

Khacha is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Support Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Administratative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to build a strong foundation in office management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Administrative Assistant in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Maintain office files, documents, and records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Handle routine correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  • Support meeting arrangements, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, petty cash, and basic procurement tasks.
  • Prepare simple reports, data entry, and assist in maintaining databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the Admin Assistant or Management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Reliable, honest, and able to handle confidential information.

Employment Terms:

  • Salary:
    • Probation Period (1 month): BDT 10,000/month
    • After confirmation: BDT 15,000/month
  • Probation Period: 1 month
  • Contract Duration: 2 years (mandatory agreement required)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
  • Workplace: On-site at Khacha office
